No-bullshit affirmations to help moms like you reduce stress and anxiety, sneak in some self-care and remember how awesome you are (even on those tough days).
Motherhood is hard as fuck. Most of the time, you feel like you're just getting through the day.
You wonder what you're doing wrong and why you can't just 'figure it out' like everyone else.
You're tired of constantly feeling guilty, exhausted, anxious and depressed.
You know you need to do a better job of taking care of yourself, but how the hell are you supposed to manage that on top of everything else?
How great would it be if you could finally make daily self-care a doable thing?
And get a bit of lasting relief from stress and tension.
And maybe bust out of some of those negative mind ruts that trigger your anxiety and depression symptoms.
And wouldn't it be wonderful if you could just start feeling more like the awesome mama that you are, more often?
Every month, you’ll get a gorgeous postcard in the mail with a no-bullshit affirmation just for you.
Stick your Power-Mama Post card into the edge of your bathroom mirror and practice some positive self-talk every time you see it.
That affirmation crap really works to help you bust out of negative mind ruts!
Fewer ruts = less stress and anxiety. Less stress and anxiety = a happier mama.

Can’t wait to receive my monthly postcard pick me up! All moms need positive reinforcement, especially now during these extra trying times. Website is super easy to navigate and the price is right.
Postcard pick-me up for the wine!
The perfect option for my Mother’s Day gift this year from afar. I bought the 1 year subscription for a friend and couldn’t be happier—beautiful and unique designs, and for what I usually spend on one bouquet my friend will receive a gift every month this year. Excellent service!
Easy to order and such a great idea during this stressful time. A reasonable price, especially considering we can’t go anywhere! Looking forward to my monthly dose of self care.
Great gift for moms
I love Postalist! As soon as I heard about it, I thought of my friend that has a baby at home who has struggled emotionally on and off since giving birth. I always try to tell her how amazing she is, but I am so excited for her to start getting these postcards. I love that she’ll be getting these every month and it’s not just a one time thing. I find the price very reasonable and the designs look really cute! The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process was super straightforward. Great customer service!
I love getting my monthly boost of encouragement! Motherhood is such a tremendous blessing! With that blessing comes countless questions, comparisons and second guessing... it is so comforting to know you're not alone. For any mother, whether struggling at times or not, these monthly reminders of encouragement are an excellent way to know you're doing it and doing it well! Highly recommend postalist to any mom at any stage of their motherhood journey!
I’m a mother of two who really sucks at self care. After pretty much falling apart during my second pregnancy, I finally started learning how to parent with a mood disorder.
Turns out it’s not just me! I’ve realized that I’m part of a huge, crappy club of moms who struggle with stress, anxiety and depression. The Power-Mama Post is my way to help mamas who are having a tough time with motherhood.
I love sending moms a monthly pick-me-up, some positive reinforcement and a bit of easy, affordable and doable self-care.

So it’s just a postcard? It’s so much more! When you subscribe to the Power-Mama Post, you get more than just a card in the mail (although, that's great too, because who doesn't love getting mail?).
You get some reassurance that you're not alone - so many of us are having a tough time.
You get a mini-pep talk every time you walk into your bathroom and see your card tucked into the side of your mirror.
And you get a chance to practice some positive affirmation crap every single day. And that crap really works!
How is this different than other subscription boxes? So glad you asked.
Will this cure my anxiety or depression? If only it were that simple! The Power-Mama Post can definitely help you on your journey, but is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatments. It isn't a cure-all, but it is a valuable tool to add to your personal treatment plan, because it's a simple, doable way to help you practice positive self-talk and self-compassion every day.
The path to recovering from a mood disorder is different for everyone, but often involves a combination of self-care, therapy and for some of us, meds. You should definitely talk to a medical professional about what kinds of treatments are right for you.
Affirmations aren’t really my thing. I hear you. They weren’t really my thing (I’m personally not into crystals either). But I was so tired of spinning around in the same negative thought patterns that always triggered exhaustion, anxiety and depression.
I was tired of constantly feeling like a ‘bad mom’ and I was tired of wondering why ‘everyone else’ seemed to be doing alright. I needed to find a way to remind myself that I’m not alone, that it’s not me (motherhood is just that hard!) and that I will get through this.
So I started sticking these little notes up on my mirror and reading them to myself every time I saw them. I found that when things got tough, it was a lot easier for me to catch myself before I went down the rabbit hole.
Instead of ‘I’m such a bad mom’ I could remind myself ‘I’m doing my best and that’s enough’.Instead of ‘Why the fuck did I think I could have another kid?’ (yep, that’s a real thought straight from my brain) I could say ‘It’s ok that this is hard. Everyone struggles with parenting.’
That was a very simple, but powerful transformation for me. And there’s lots of science that backs that up too.
Still not sure if you’re into the affirmation thing? Let me tell you, most of the ‘affirmations’ I found out in the world were just shit and didn’t feel real to me. That’s why I created the Power-Mama Post with a ‘no-bullshit approach’ - for those of us who don’t really respond to ‘the universe is a womb’ or whatever.
Is it easy to cancel? Yep. When you sign up for a monthly subscription, you’ll be billed $6 CAD once a month. You’ll get an email reminder a few days before your billing cycle comes up, so you’ll have time to cancel if you don’t want to keep getting the post. All you have to do is log into your customer account and click ‘cancel subscription’. Easy peasy.
